Measure, build, review, operate.
It has been the house rule since 2026, and it is what lets me publish the numbers on this site with their date.
This is how it starts.
- 01
You tell me about your business
Seven questions in two minutes, or a message with what hurts. No mandatory meetings.
- 02
You confirm your email
I send you a link. Pressing “Confirm” says it is you and that you want the check: nobody can receive it in your name.
- 03
You get the quick check
The three things I would automate first and what I would measure before touching anything. I read it and reply in person.
- 04
A short, measurable pilot
If it makes sense, a full one-to-two-week diagnosis and a pilot with a starting figure and one to move. You decide whether we continue.
The four steps.
- 01
Measure
Before building anything, I measure how it works today: conversations, out of hours, first reply, lost appointments. That is the diagnosis, and it gives the starting number.
- 02
Build
Custom. What exists gets reused; what doesn’t gets built. First a short pilot with a number to move; then the system.
- 03
Review
Two independent reviewers on every delivery, one of them a different model in a clean session. Nothing ships without an executed test.
- 04
Operate
A system is not delivered: it is operated, measured and fixed. Every month, a report with the numbers, including the bad ones.
What an independent review is.
Every piece that goes to production is reviewed by two reviewers who did not build it. One is an AI model different from the one that wrote the code, in a clean session: it has not seen my reasoning, only the result. The other is me, with the executed test in front of me.
An executed test is exactly that: the command that proves the piece does what it says, with its output saved. “It should work” does not count. If the review finds a serious flaw, it gets fixed and reviewed again; nothing ships with a serious flaw open.
My own LinkedIn outreach system went through 7 rounds of independent review before deploying (10 Oct 2026). The same rule applies to what I build for you.
What is law and what is design.
The agent says it is an AI
From the first message. Article 50 of the EU AI Act, in force since 2 Aug 2026 requires it, and I would do it anyway: a customer who finds out late that they were talking to a machine does not come back.
There is always a person
Any conversation can be handed to someone on your team, in the same chat. The agent answers, proposes and reminds; the decisions that matter are made by a person.
Data stays where it belongs
The tools I use run on my own servers, not on third-party accounts I don’t control.
