Operation.
A system is not delivered: it is operated, measured and fixed. Every month I send you the numbers, including the bad ones, and what I changed to move them.
The numbers on this site come from operating the systems that are in production today.

What it includes.
- A
Measure
Conversations, out of hours, first reply, confirmed appointments, reminders, errors. The same numbers I publish here.
- B
Fix
What the agent could not answer, what the flow did not charge, what changed in your business that the system does not know yet.
- C
Improve
Every correction carries its executed test and independent review, like any delivery.
- D
On call
If something goes down, I know before you do. And there is always a person the agent can hand the conversation to.
The monthly report.
- 01
Numbers
This month’s and last month’s, dated. No adjectives.
- 02
What went wrong
Escalated conversations, errors, downtime. With what I did in each case.
- 03
Changes
What I changed, why, and which number I expect to move.
- 04
Next
A proposal for next month. You decide.
What I don’t do.
Hide a bad number
It gets published anyway. There is one on this site: the clinic’s agent does not create appointments, the owner does.
Lock you in
Month to month. If you leave, the system, the access and the documentation are yours.
Change without review
Every improvement goes through independent review and an executed test before touching production.
Before we start.
Can I operate the system myself?
Yes. Everything I build is delivered with documentation and access. Operation is for those who prefer that I run it.
What if it goes down?
Monitoring tells me and I fix it. Meanwhile the agent hands conversations to a person on your team.
How much does it cost?
The monthly fee is pending publication. It is monthly, with no lock-in.
